Microsoft Will Live Stream Its E3 Press Conference in 4K

Microsoft announced today that it will live stream its E3 press conference next week in 4K to the Xbox One. The software giant will formally unveil its new “Project Scorpio” at the event.

“E3 2017 kicks off Saturday, with the industry’s biggest game developers and publishers converging on the Los Angeles Convention Center to share the most exciting game reveals and announcements of the year,” Microsoft’s Will Tuttle notes. “We’ll be kicking things off with the Xbox E3 2017 Briefing.”

Here are the details:

When: Sunday, June 11 at 2:00 p.m. PDT (5:00 p.m. EDT).

Where (4K): The official Xbox Mixer Channel, the Mixer app for Xbox One, or YouTube.

Where (HD): The Xbox Twitch Channel, Twitter, and Facebook Live.

Where (cable TV): The Fuse cable channel will broadcast the event on cable and satellite TV. Encore presentations will air on Fuse’s sister network FM on June 12 at 9:00 p.m. EDT and on June 15 at 1:00 a.m. EDT.

Where (Microsoft Stores): If you live near a Microsoft retail store in the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, or Australia, you can watch the event live there as well. The New York and Sydney locations will provide “a premium viewing experience.”

How: The Xbox E3 2017 press conference will be offered in six languages—English, German, French, Italian, Spanish (LATAM), Portuguese (LATAM)—on Mixer, and it will include English language Closed Captions.
